Conversation Monitoring & Consumer Research

Social media monitoring allows companies to non-intrusively access naturally occurring conversations around their brands. Using specialized social media research and analytic tools, Fanscape will track and analyze these conversations to generate insights into key brand attributes, gauge sentiment, identify influencers, gather competitive intelligence and detect early signals of shift in market trends.
